Hi, I’m Rand Baldwin. I’ve been a technology professional since 1984. I started out as a programmer. I owned a retail computer store, then a business networking business. I’ve been building web sites professionaly since the early 1990s. Today I do some IT consulting, but my focus is on web technology.
